“Бульбарики” snacks are based on pellet technology. These products have a number of advantages over conventional fresh crisps. The frying time of “Бульбарики” snacks in oil is 10-15 seconds and the vegetable oil content is 20-22%. By comparison, regular tubers are fried for 1-2 minutes and contain 40-45% oil. Therefore, our “Бульбарики” have 50% less fat. They are perfect for those who like snacks, but care about their figure and health. What’s more, “Бульбарики” snacks have a consistent taste, a correct, beautiful appearance and contain no ‘points’. The products are reliably protected from environmental influences and hermetically sealed. Such packaging preserves the properties of the product for the specified shelf life. The whole production cycle from loading to packaging of the finished product is made on a fully automatic line, which guarantees high and consistent quality as well as compliance with all regulations and standards.
The product is ready to be consumed. Suitable as breakfast cereal, garnish for meat dishes, snack for different juices and beers.
