All Sancho chips and snacks are made using pellet technology. These products have a number of advantages over conventional fresh crisps.
The frying time of Sancho chips in oil is 10-15 seconds and the oil content is 20-22%. For comparison: ordinary chips are fried for 1-2 minutes and contain 40-45% vegetable oil. Therefore, Sancho™ chips have 50% less fat. They are ideal for those who like snacks but care about their figure and health.
What’s more, pellet chips have a consistent taste, a proper, good-looking appearance and no eye contact.
The crisps are protected reliably from the environment. The chips are hermetically sealed in a polypropylene bag placed in a cardboard box. Each box is in turn wrapped in shrink wrap. Such packaging ensures that the product retains its consumer properties for the specified shelf life.
The whole production cycle from loading pellets to packing the finished product is carried out on a fully automatic line, which guarantees high and consistent quality, as well as compliance with all regulations and standards.
